I've booked Charlotte. Now what?
You will receive a speaking agreement. Please sign and return it with a 50% deposit to secure your date.

A few weeks before your event, you and Charlotte will have a conference call to finalize details.
Relax and enjoy the ease of working with Charlotte! She is committed to doing everything in her power to ensure your event is a success.
What are the presentation requirements?
Charlotte will bring:

HP Spectre laptop with VGA and HDMI connections (if using her machine).

A Logitech wireless presentation remote.

Presentation in Powerpoint on USB drive (if using your machine).

You should provide:

A wireless lavalier microphone, or wireless handheld microphone.

AC power for laptop.
-
A small table or podium onstage to hold laptop.
-
A projector with VGA or HDMI input.

Wifi for any embedded videos (we will discuss in planning conference call).

A speaker system with a mini plug for audio output from the laptop.
Room set up?

A raised platform is preferred if you have more than 50 people.

Please make sure there is room for Charlotte to stand near the audience. She will not be speaking from a lectern.

If you have agenda items lasting more than 30 minutes prior to Charlotte's presentation, consider giving the audience a brief stretch break before introducing Charlotte.
