How can we best utilize Charlotte at our event?

Charlotte offers a variety of speaker services for meetings and events, including:

I've booked Charlotte. Now what?

You will receive a speaking agreement. Please sign and return it with a 50% deposit to secure your date. 

A few weeks before your event, you and Charlotte will have a conference call to finalize details.

 

Relax and enjoy the ease of working with Charlotte! She is committed to doing everything in her power to ensure your event is a success.

What are the presentation requirements?

Charlotte will bring:

  • HP Spectre laptop with VGA and HDMI connections (if using her machine).

  • A Logitech wireless presentation remote.

  • Presentation in Powerpoint on USB drive (if using your machine).

You should provide:

  • A wireless lavalier microphone, or wireless handheld microphone.

  • AC power for laptop.

  • A small table or podium onstage to hold laptop.

  • A projector with VGA or HDMI input.

  • Wifi for any embedded videos (we will discuss in planning conference call).

  • A speaker system with a mini plug for audio output from the laptop.

 

Room set up?

  • A raised platform is preferred if you have more than 50 people.

  • Please make sure there is room for Charlotte to stand near the audience. She will not be speaking from a lectern.

  • If you have agenda items lasting more than 30 minutes prior to Charlotte's presentation, consider giving the audience a brief stretch break before introducing Charlotte.

  • Stagger/chevron the chairs (so that everyone can see).
